Broxton Plaza Grand Opening – FA > This Saturday, Westwood Village is hosting a Grand Opening celebration for Broxton Plaza, which now offers the largest pedestrian plaza in Los Angeles as part of L.A. City Transportation Department’s People St Program. The kickoff events feature a slew of community activities, including a Boba Giveaway for the first 100 guests at Sharetea, a free roller skate area with rentals and protective gear for borrow for free, a soft play area for kids, and live music from UCLA Marching Band and other student groups. Culver City Book Festival – FA > This Saturday at the Wende Museum, sync up with fellow book lovers at the free the Culver City Book Festival, which features a lineup of local authors, publishers, journals, and literary nonprofits.
