LA Times Festival of Books – > This Saturday and Sunday, the 30th Los Angeles Times Festival of Books returns to the campus of USC this April featuring over book and merchandise exhibitors, a number of outdoor stages and activity areas, expert panels, performances, demos, and more. Admission to the festival is free to attend with some programing ticketed.

The 15th Eclectic Music Festival & Art Crawl – M FA > South Pasadena’s Eclectic Music Festival and Art Crawl returns on Saturday with dozens of diverse musical acts on stages and intimate venues all across town. Common Space Renaissance Faire – FA > Common Space is marking their 7th anniversary this Saturday with all-day and all-night night celebrating harkening back to the age of yore. Attendees can expect a new craft beer release, jousting, aerial performances, live music, tarot, face painting, food, and of course… a costume contest. Come dressed for the occasion! Free to attend. Open Arts San Pedro – FA > This Saturday and Sunday, Angeleno art lovers can head to the South Bay for Arts Open San Pedro, a two-day, neighborhood wide takeover featuring more than 100 local artists, open studios, live music, dance, arts and craft, a scavenger hunt, food trucks, and immersive art installations, all spread over multiple locations.
