Make Metro Part of Your Weekend

Holiday Movie & Board Game Night at Truly LA M FA > Swing over to the Truly LA taproom this Sunday for an evening of hard seltzer, board games, and a year-closing screening of When Harry Met Sally. Swing over to Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre this Sunday for a sidesplitting retrospective featuring a veteran cast of UPC regulars who will improvise sketches based on audience stories of woe from the year that was. Hanukkah Dinner at A.O.C. -> This Sunday, A.O.C. in Brentwood is lighting up the holiday season with a special Hanukkah dinner crafted by Chef Suzanne Goin. Inspired by Amelia Saltsman’s The Seasonal Jewish Kitchen, the menu highlights festive favorites like sweet and savory cheese pancakes, tender braised beef brisket with autumn slaw, and pistachio ice cream sundae for dessert. 3D-Cember at The Academy Museum -> As we wrap up the last week of December, The Academy Museum is showing off their state-of-the-art Dolby 3D projection systems with classic and contemporary films shot in or intended for projection in 3D.
