This Sunday’s “Taco Day” features L.A. Taco editor-in-chief Javier Cabral moderating a guest lineup that includes Chuy Cervantes, chef de cuisine of Damian/Ditroit, Fátima Juárez, co-owner of the soon to be opened Komal, and Victor Villa, owner of Villa’s Tacos.
