Now in it’s 7th year, the Good Food Pie Contest draws in home cooks and professional bakers to compete side by side for the title of Best in Show.
Good Food’s Evan Kleiman will once again preside over the pie festivities, and this year’s judges will include 23 of LA’s best chefs and food writers.
KCRW’s very own Anne Litt will spin tunes throughout the day while festival goers enjoy pie tastings, food trucks, an artisan marketplace, kid friendly activities and much more.
The cheery on top of a pie filled day is that the event is FREE to the public!
The Good Pie Contest will take place on Sunday, October 4th, 2015 from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
This year’s contest will be held on the lawn at UCLA’s Wilson Plaza, adjacent to the Fowler Museum.
Admission to the event is free and open to the public.
Underground parking is available for $12 in LOT 4. Use the North main entrance on Westwood Plaza and Sunset Blvd.
