Things To Do For Sunday
LA Pride Parade -> This year’s LA Pride Parade will be held along Hollywood Blvd., site of the first world’s first gay parade back in 1970. Expect 100+ parade floats, marchers, trucks, exotic cars, twirlers, performers and more. Free to attend, but you’ll definitely want to arrive early if able. More info here.
In Sheep’s Clothing Record Fair -> The In Sheep’s Clothing Record Fair returns this Sunday for an outdoor daytime market featuring record sellers, Japanese clothing, good, gifts and shaved ice from Kuramoto Ice Kakigori. Homage Brewing will also be on hand offering beer, natural wine and seafood bites.
American Indian Arts Marketplace -> This showcase of vendors at The Autry features more than more than 200 Native American artists representing more than 40 tribes. In addition to shopping for one-of-a-kind arts and goods, guests will enjoy live performances from Native Voices, the Autry’s resident theatre company. Single-day admission starts at $14 per adult. - The Getty 25 community festival series comes to Koreatown.
- 626 Night Market Mini is back in Santa Monica this Saturday and Sunday.
- The Wallis wraps up its 2021/22 Sunday Funday series with live music for kids and families performed by Parker Bent followed by African dance with Titus Fotso and live drumming. All levels welcome.
- There’s a PRIDE day party on the rooftop of Grandmaster Recorders. General admission is free while a fast pass will cost $25 and come with express entry and a complimentary drink.
- The 4th Annual Brewyard Art Festival is a family and pet-friendly event filled with beer, artists, vendors, food, live music and live paintings. Free to attend.
- Following the official LA Pride Parade, the Future Lovers Block Party brings an all-day music event brings three stages of music to the area near Hollywood and Vine. Tickets start at $40 per person.
- USC Pacific Asia Museum in Pasadena offers free admission every second Sunday, and it’s also the closing date of their latest exhibition Bali: Agency & Power in Southeast Asia.
