Promised to be an educational and entertaining event, the festival will host 30+ exhibitors and 25+ classes over the span of two days.

Authors, industry experts, buyers, retailers, artists and educators from across the country will be on hand to offer samples of some of the world’s finest and most varied flavors of teas.

Take a special class and learn how tea pairs with chocolate and even cheese – Chef Robert Wemischner, tea expert, pastry chef and author of four books including his most recent one, The Dessert Architect, will lead classes on the pairing of each.

For those really serious about tea there’s also a Tea Sommelier class lead by author James Norwood Pratt and Devan Shah, founder of International Tea Importers and Chado Tea Rooms. Learn the fundamentals of tea history, origins, “terroir,” varietals and production. Students will receive a certificate upon completion of the class.
