The season of merriment fast approaches. And though we haven’t yet had our Turkey Day or our Black Friday or Cyber Monday, it’s never too early to make a plan for the holidays.

Fun with family and friends is at the top of list, of course, but hopefully that gift comes without forking over big ticket fees. Therefore, in the holiday spirit of giving, we’d like to point you to a variety of free events to attend in the coming weeks, ranging from tree lighting celebrations and block parties to boat parades and sing-alongs.

And for a little candy cane on top, you’ll note everything in our Los Angeles holiday guide is also Metro accessible. So if you want to experience the miracle of transiting around L.A. without worrying about traffic, this is the list for you! You might even want to check it twice 😉
