Posted by In the video embedded below Melbourne street artist Meggs is featured powering through a 6-day marathon painting session to create a 2,000-square-foot mural inspired by the characters of a video game I’ve never heard of called Summoners War. The Mural was constructed in the Arts District neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles, exact address 568 S Santa Fe Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90013 (if you want to go check it out).
The whole process of the paint job is consolidated into a two minute montage / time lapse, with the video and the mural itself part of a promotional campaign for the U.S. launch of the game, which I suppose means that in some way this blog is now the unwitting tool of corporate overlords just for participating said promotion, but whatevs….
