So perhaps the most intriguing thing happening in L.A. this weekend is something called ‘The Murray Affair’ … at least, if you’re a super-fan of the comedic acting legend.
Here’s the idea: Artists/fans of Bill Murray can bring in original Murray-inspired works, then hang them in a gallery style setting for ticketed visitors to enjoy (and possibly purchase). The result, at least according to the folks putting it on, is “a super heap of Bill Murray Awesomeness.”

Event created Ezra Croft already has previously organized Murray shows up in the Bay Area. This month’s L.A. version will be held at the Syrup Loft this Saturday Feb. 28th starting at 730pm and slated to go on till 130am.
For more information, either as a potential visitor or artistic exhibitor, check out www.themurrayaffair.com or head over to Eventbrite to purchase tickets ($15 a piece).
