This November 1-3, celebrate Day of the Dead with a weekend of vibrant Afro-Mexican and Brazilian music led by the incomparable Gustavo Dudamel.

The festive Día de Los Muertos program at Walt Disney Concert Hall features Heitor Villa-Lobos’ Chôros No. 10 (“Rasga o Coração”), Gabriela Ortiz’s Yanga, and Silvestre Revueltas’ La noche de los Mayas. As each evening unfolds, Dudamel will team up with the Tambuco Percussion Ensemble and the Los Angeles Master Chorale to offer a tour-de-force of multilayered rhythms that draw ancient cultures and traditions into conversation with the modern world.

Both the Friday and Saturday concerts begin at 8 p.m. Sunday starts at 2 p.m. Grab your tickets here.
