On Saturday an organization called the LA Pizza Society (I seriously need to become a part of this) will be holding an all-you-can-eat pizza party at Prufrock Pizzeria in downtown Los Angeles (right next to the Regent Theater). For a single purchase price you get unlimited slices, a soda, a pizza tutorial, and of course you get to hang-out with pizza aficionados from all over the city.

This will be the fourth event hosted by the Pizza Society, which over the previous few months has attracted pizza lovers to parties at DeSano, Olio and Sotto.
The LA weekly recently talked to the event founder Mike Metz, who told them, “There seems to be a general misperception that all the pizza here sucks. Are we the most blessed pizza city in the world? Is this Naples West? No. Absolutely not. But we do have some really good joints — and not just Mozza. A lot of people simply don’t know where to go.”

L.A. Pizza Society Shindig #4 will take place on Saturday June 27 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm.
Tickets are $22 and that gets you unlimited pizza and one drink (Peroni or soda), as well as a pizza-making tutorial from the pizzaiolos in the kitchen.
The event is 18+ only.
