Starting on July 9 the Old Pasadena Film Festival brings back its annual summer series for an entire month of (mostly) outdoor movie screenings. Best part? All events are FREE and open to the public.
The screening series will take place at a number of locations spread throughout Old Town Pasadena, including One Colorado, Distant Lands on South Raymond, Central Park, and the Armory Center For the Arts. There are 21 scheduled screenings in total, including presentations of Field of Dreams, Juno, Galaxy Quest, Room With a View, West Side Story, and more.
The Central Park location will also include select food trucks on hand and live DJ sets, and the concluding screening of Barbarella on August 1 will feature an interplanetary costume contest for a chance to win $250.
