Santa Monica Travel & Tourism will kick off California Restaurant Month with the 4th annual Eat Well Week, “The Year of the Artichoke.”
Taking place January 11-17 diners can enjoy an array of artichoke-inspired dishes from restaurants around the city that range from grilled and fire roasted to ceviche, risotto and even pureed versions.

Consumers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite artichoke dish throughout the week via social media for a chance to win prizes. The chef whose Eat Well Week artichoke dish garners the most votes will also be rewarded.
