El Porto Beach is one of the most chill surfing spots in all of Los Angeles county, and offers idyllic scenes such as the one captured in the photograph above.

Of course it’s also a hotspot for great white sharks, some of which have been captured on video by surfers and paddle boarders armed with Go-Pro cameras and balls of steel.
