1. [4 p.m.] Long Beach seafood concept Roe will host a week long culinary Feast of the Seven (Sustainable) Fishes from December 17-24. Prepared by Chef Arthur Gonzalez, the event will focus on one sustainably sourced seafood dish per night, served alongside a dish “Catch Card” detailing the fish species, catch location or fish origin, and the names of both the fisherman and the boat.

6. [7:30 p.m.] The Contenders series continues at The Hammer on Monday a screening of Detroit followed by a Q&A with director Kathryn Bigelow.
7. [7:30 p.m.] The Maltese Falcon + The Black Bird (35mm Double Feature) at New Beverly Cinema.
8. [8 p.m.] Lady Gaga is performing at The Forum.
9. [8 p.m.] Spamilton: An American Parody at the Kirk Douglas Theatre.
10. [8 p.m.] Too Many Tamales (a children’s show) at the Margo Albert Theatre – Plaza de la Raza
